We were excited to be tasked with branding the impressive Grade A office space at Ocean Point for AWG Property, designed by renowned international architect Terry Farrell.
Our newly launched website highlights the impressive Grade A office space, the calibre of existing occupiers and benefits of the vibrant and well located building. Branding the property we picked up on the key features of the waterside location and views to the Forth.
The websites’ design uses a single page format and allows easy browsing across desktop and mobile devices. Featuring a changing content box at the top to retain interest.
We immediately immerse site visitors’ in key selling features and location, in a clear and concise way through branding that avoids any confusion in where to go next or which link to click on.
To highlight the prominent location we used photography to capture dramatic emotive images of the 8 floor building.
The google map feature shows the large volume of benefits the location offers with amenities marked and the facility to zoom in and out of the location as desired.
Our aim is to create a memorable and enjoyable experience when users visit the site. Ultimately we are working towards generating more leads for the sales team to convert.
