Cyberhawk uses remotely operated aerial vehicles to carry out industrial inspections and land surveys. Desperately in need of a new brand strategy, our first task meant establishing the positioning for Cyberhawk’s unique, but niche, services to Utilities companies and the Oil & Gas industry.
The next challenge was to establish a digital strategy which included customer journey analysis and social media and website. We developed new key messaging, a new ‘ownable’ domain name, logo design, image strategy and website design that had a more contemporary look and feel. Our copywriting services also came to the fore, not only to ensure consistency of tone, but ensuring the website was optimized as a sales qualifier.
Another fundamental part of the project involved us creating a series of motion graphics films to promote and demonstrate their services on the website across each individual industry sector.
