Audience building for National Galleries of Scotland

The first Scottish showing of the Taylor Wessing Photographic Prize launched on 1 March 2014 and we were delighted to design the exhibition promotional material. Hot from it’s show at London’s National Portrait Gallery, it’s arrival brings the annual worldwide photographic prize works to Scotland for the first time.

We’ve worked together with The National Galleries of Scotland on a number of high profile exhibitions over the years. Our latest work on the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize includes AV animations, digital and press advertising and posters and banners to build the footfall for the exhibition and a private view invitation.

Running from the 1 March 2014 to 26 May 2014, at the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, the exhibition features sixty new portraits by some of the most exciting contemporary photographers from around the world.

A variety of printed medium are on display with an even wider variety of themes, styles and approaches to the photographic portrait. From famous faces to everyday people there are all walks of life on display.

Attracting 5,410 submissions from 2,435 photographers ranging from gifted amateurs and talented students to established professionals. The works selected for the exhibition include the four prize winners and the winner of the John Kobal New Work Award.
