Commercial property marketing campaign for Clarendon House.
Clarendon House, a fine Georgian office building in Edinburgh’s prestigious George Street had undergone an impressive internal update by real estate managers, Mapeley. Following this, the company wanted a marketing campaign to support the sales strategy.
Our marketing strategy involved pushing the buildings traditional qualities, its contemporary new interior, as well as its enviable city centre location. So our first task was to originate key messaging and a new logo and strapline to sum this up and set it apart from competitor office developments in Edinburgh.
We then developed the website concentrating on the customer journey, produced the information architecture and then developed the website to be accessible via mobile and tablet devices – we produced the copywriting, commissioned new photography, produced sales brochures and design materials for the launch and delivered a direct marketing campaign to encourage viewings.
