Community Stars internal communications campaign
Searching for heroes: Community Stars is an internal scheme that rewards the great work done by RBS employees who devote their time to causes close to their hearts. The trouble was that many of these heroes were going unnoticed. So it was Hookson to the rescue, by creating a poster, press and intranet campaign to encourage staff to ‘expose’ their work colleagues – in the nicest way possible, of course.
