Our sales and marketing consultancy service was recently appointed by Citibase, the fully serviced business centre, located in central Edinburgh. We were approached to bolster their sales and marketing effort and generate leads.
Exploring the client’s sales and marketing strategy we developed a proposal to help grow their business and target new office tenants.
Citibase have an existing in-house sales and marketing force that are experienced in their field however required support in sourcing new targets to approach.
Building an understanding of their target market we quickly set to work creating the database. After all, what is the use in targeting the wrong people? We produced a database of validated contacts with emails and phone numbers – people that fitted the blueprint and were in the market for serviced office accommodation in central Edinburgh.
Citibase provides fully serviced business centres for cost-conscious SMEs from multiple locations around the UK. The Directors’ intention is for Citibase to expand quickly within the current fragmented, yet consolidating area of the serviced office sector, offering a branded accommodation solution for small businesses and start-ups.
The serviced office market is fragmented with a large number of operators, many of them with only one or two sites. Citibase concentrates on the town/city centre market, rather than out-of town locations and has over 650,000 sq. ft. under management.
