Our work with Cosmo’s Pizzas has included creation of digital copywriting and content in the form of a whole online personality via the website and social media channels. When Cosmo first came to us, the Cosmo’s Pizzas brand had been hiding its light under a bushel. The people of Scotland were unaware that an authentic, family-run Italian pizza brand was located just outside Edinburgh. This was a copywriting dream brief as we realised there was huge scope to develop the brand around its authentic family heritage and that this should be followed through with an online persona that would enable people to engage with, talk to and follow the activities of Cosmo’s Pizzas.
As well as planning and writing all copy and content for the brand new website (including the story of Cosmo’s family, how they came to Scotland, set up and grew the business) we also set up and created digital copy and content for the blog, twitter and Facebook channels. We launched Cosmo’s into social media as a fun, friendly brand with a content-rich presence. We devised a monthly competition to engage customers and a Facebook app that would draw them back to the Facebook page.
Our work with Cosmo’s Pizzas has resulted in over 1000 likes on Facebook with the brand’s followers continuing to grow in numbers as well as loyalty.
