Letfirst Case Study

Boosting Letfirst website performance

Scottish residential property specialists, Letfirst, tasked us with overcoming slow search and lack of clarity in key messaging on their website.

The award winning property agent wanted to drive its two target audiences to the website for the following distinct reasons:

1. Landlords who want to quickly let their property for the best rental income they can obtain.

2. Tenants looking for a property to call home.

The project began with researching user goals to develop highly effective and clearly defined key messages. This formed the platform for us to restructure the website and subsequently redesign the look and feel.

The property search formed a core part of the brief for the new website. Letfirst wanted the property search to feel effortless for users, whilst still providing the functionality and efficiency of being linked to a back office database system.

Our solution was to develop a custom WordPress plugin to enable communication between the site and the back office system. Seamlessly integrated, the user can easily search for properties that match their criteria. Once submitted, enquiries are then filtered to ensure they go direct to the right sales team and are quickly followed up.

The key messages and the search function are now a central feature of the new site, driving home exactly what is different about Letfirst and making it easy for prospective tenants to search for their ideal property.

Let-first.com is a vibrant and efficient visitor experience that reinforces key messages and delivers fast results for both users and the sales teams.
