Trace live streaming leaks

Friend MTS enables its clients to trace live streaming leaks back to source enabling the identification of the infringing subscriber and termination of the connection.

Protecting channels

Broadcasters and channel owners are protected against the unauthorised retransmission of entire channel feeds.

Building a new brand

Updating Friend MTS’ branding and redesigning its website, we created communications and infographics that conveyed expertise, showcased solutions and invited engagement. For technology buyers, the new brand needed to evoke innovation, relevance and the core Friend MTS characteristics of trust, value and quality.

The What

    Crucial to communicating with tech-proficient visitors would be an outstanding website. The need to clarify and declutter was top priority.

    A clean and easy-to-navigate site would only be half a solution. Key to the redesign would be presenting vital information and, of course, showcasing the company’s suite of solutions.

    Despite occupying a unique position in their sector – one with few competitors – it remained important to secure stand-out in the constantly shifting technology landscape.

  • Roll out brand-new branding

    For an effective stand-out, alignment would be everything. Moving beyond online and digital, branding would be applied across the organisation. Right down to signage and uniforms.

The Why

An effective redesign – safely secured

To achieve a seamless, simpler user journey, we completed a content review and restructure. Refining the navigation approach, we refocused the site’s main menu towards product areas. We ensured key information was reachable in two clicks and presented content in logical, easily digestible sections.

Thoughtful images. Powerful icons.

Achieving stand-out, our image strategy avoided typical techy shots. Instead, we advised use of photography and assets that would speak directly to target audiences. Highlighting products and benefits, an extensive new icon set enhanced user experience and aligned powerfully to the company’s three core service areas:

Brand positioning was rooted in a passion for new ideas, innovation and technology. Distilling this, a new logo; a modernised, fingerprint-inspired design reflected a flagship offering.
